Raw Chocolates are delicious and a great source of antioxidants
Raw Chocolates
Ingredients
1/4 cup melted cacao butter
1/4 cup coconut oil (unflavored or flavored depending on your preference)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup or more to taste agave nectar
(raw honey or maple syrup)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
(or mint, orange, almond etc.)
pinch sea salt
Equipment
high speed blender
food molds
Process:
- place all ingredients into blender
- blend until combined
- pour into molds
- refrigerate until the pieces are set; 2-3 hours
- remove from molds and serve
- keep refrigerated
