Mocha Maca fudgesicles are a frozen superfood delight


Fudgesicles, Greensicles & Fruitsicles

-approx 6-10 Popsicles

Moca Maca Fudgesicle Ingredients
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 1/2 cups almond milk
(make the almond milk with coconut water for extra rich flavor)
1/4 cup of Agave to taste
1 Tbs Maca powder
1 Tbs Mesquite powder (optional)
2 Tbs coconut oil

Greensicle Ingredients
3 cups green drink
(fresh grapes and greens)
-agave optional to taste

Watermelonsicle Ingredients
4-6 cups fresh watermelon, with or without seeds
- don’t blend long, just enough to liquefy

Mangosicle Ingredients
3 cups mango
1 cup coconut milk
-agave optional to taste

Equipment
blender
plastic popsicle mold
Process:
PROCESS:
1. – combine ingredients in blender on low – medium until blended.
2. – pour blended ingredients into molds and freeze 8-10hrs. Yum.
