Raw Gazpacho with Chef Mattin
* approx. 4 cups
2 vine ripe red tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
garnish with basil leaf and cucumber
blender or high speed blender
-combine ingredients in blender on low to medium to high for 10-15 seconds or less
